2. Eligibility

3. Orders and Payments

• Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by BlossomBasket. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Pricing: All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that pricing errors will not occur. If a pricing error is discovered after you place an order, we will contact you.
• Payment: You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes, fees, and delivery charges. Payment must be received before we process your order.
• Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes on your purchase as required by law.

4. Delivery

• Delivery Areas: Delivery is available within specified service areas. Delivery fees and time windows vary by location and are displayed at checkout.
• Delivery Times: We make reasonable efforts to deliver within the selected time window, but delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Recipient Availability: If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the arrangement in a safe location, attempt redelivery, or contact the recipient based on delivery instructions.
• Perishable Products: Flowers are perishable. The recipient should retrieve the delivery promptly to maintain freshness.

5. Product Quality and Substitutions

We are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality flowers. Due to seasonal availability, specific flowers or containers may occasionally be substituted with similar items of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall design aesthetic. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations: You may cancel or modify your order up to 4 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Once flowers are prepared or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
• Refunds: If there is an issue with your order, contact us immediately. We will review the situation and may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund at our discretion.
• No Refunds After Delivery: Once delivered and accepted, orders are generally not eligible for refund unless there is a quality issue reported within 24 hours with photographic evidence.

7. Subscription Services

If you subscribe to a recurring delivery service, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the selected schedule (e.g., weekly, monthly) until you cancel. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting customer service. Changes take effect for the next billing cycle.

8. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

9. Intellectual Property
